Kids, much like other people that are magically imbued sense of freedom to allow somebody to have control of them, given these ticklish are usually in those sensitive spots. I even know of a girl who laughed when her boyfriend wiggled his finger in a tickling way from across the room. I figure this could have been she was conditioned to much tickling.
